How will I receive my order?
To reduce production cost, all orders will be shipped directly to the OC Tiger organization. Once the items are received, your order will be delivered to you at a practice.
When will I receive my order?
The initial order will be placed on July 1 by the OC Tiger organization. The expected delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks.
Will I be able to order after July 1?
If there are additional items that the OC Tiger organization would like to offer or if there is enough interest from parents to place another order, the store will reopen. There are production minimums for each item so that will have to be considered as well.

Are refunds available?
We apologize but refunds can not be offered. If your order is incorrect due to an OC Tiger organization error, we will replace the incorrect item. Please understand that this may require additional shipping time.

What is the Pink Out Shirt?
As a way for the organization to give back to the community and to help charitiable organizations, the OC Tiger organization will have a home game dedicated to that charity to raise awareness. All proceeds from the sale of the shirts goes directly to the charity.
